A slice of Hope through the fog life brings

Good morning all, today I want to talk about Gods provision and how despite everything going off in our lives God never fails to provide our needs. Here's abit of my little families story, I hope it encourages you. We originally lived in West Yorkshire, in a little town called Knottingley. For 2 years we felt from deep within that we were meant for some where else. That God was going to move us on. But we couldn't understand where or how as we couldn't afford a move. My husband applied for jobs all over the world, pushing the boat out so to say and trusting that God will bring the right job into position. First off he got an interview in Wales, though it went well he didn't get the job. Which disheartened us because we knew our time in Knottingley had come to an end. But on the plus side it did prepare him for what was to come next. My husband also got another job interview in Cambridge. It went really well and he got a called back then a job offer. Such excitement...

You are good enough For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago. Ephesians 2 verse 10 Life can throw a lot of curve balls our way. And the world can feel like it's baring down on our shoulders. Our thoughts can lead away like a train leaving it's station, sending us down a track of destruction (anger).. any of this ring a bell. I know life isn't a bed of roses, walking with jesus can be pretty difficult. The challenges, trials, test of faith, patience and grace, it's exhausting right. Those giants can make us feel insignificant, worthless, a waste of time and useless. But have faith, don't give up. We are all in the same boat so to say just running the race at our own pace. God promises in his word he will never abandon us..  ☆Deuteronomy 31:6☆ Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you...

What defines you?  Remembering who we are amongst what life has for us ♡ The point I want to talk about is what's define. I don't know if you've watched the children's movie Moana, a lovely cultural movie, catchy songs. But there is a part in this particular movie where Moana realises it's not the demi-God who has to restore the heart of the mountain (to which he stole in the first place, hoping to win the affections of the people), it's her destiny to restore it. This mountain to which the heart belongs to is the Creator of life in world and when this heart rock get stolen darkness takes over and she becomes angry instead of a generous loving creator.
