You are good enough

 For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago. Ephesians 2 verse 10

 Life can throw a lot of curve balls our way. And the world can feel like it's baring down on our shoulders. Our thoughts can lead away like a train leaving it's station, sending us down a track of destruction (anger).. any of this ring a bell. I know life isn't a bed of roses, walking with jesus can be pretty difficult. The challenges, trials, test of faith, patience and grace, it's exhausting right. Those giants can make us feel insignificant, worthless, a waste of time and useless. But have faith, don't give up. We are all in the same boat so to say just running the race at our own pace. God promises in his word he will never abandon us.. 

 ☆Deuteronomy 31:6☆
Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you."

 A promise like this is to give us hope and confidence, that no matter what comes our way Gods glory and strength shines out of our weaknesses. And if he will infact never leave us nor forsake us then we can stand firm knowing that whatever God has planned for us will not fail. 

 Father God, thank you for your promises, Your plans, Your love for someone like me. Help me see the masterpiece potential you have placed in me to achieve the impossibility of your will. Thank you for never leaving me, despite my rejection towards yourself. Forgive me living like I can do everything in my own strength. Without you my giants will stand undefeated. I give you my all and trust that as you guide you will provide for me I'm Jesus name amen.

Unbroken promise

 Hi everyone I know it's been a while since my last blog entry, you see God has taken me and my family through quite the rollercoaster. For a while I had writers block. I had no idea what to say but tonight while trying to sleep, I had a overwhelming sense to talk about the promises of God. I'm not going to start talking about the promises written in the bible all though each one is valid, beautiful and true on their own. What's on my heart are the unsung promises. You know, those you've been waiting for so long to come to pass. The ones where you could so easily just give up on. Them ones. But the giant, daunting hurdle that was the be all or end all in the process, that's done and dusted. It's eternity not just sundays

  Have you ever built a lego sculpture? I have, in fact I did recently. A titanic ship and a army war plane. I fully enjoyed this activity and would go as far as saying it's becoming a hobby. But I haven't done this post to talk about Lego, although it is how God chose to get a message across to me.  You see, building a Lego sculpture requires a lot of Lego bricks. From tiny squares to long rectangular one. All shapes and sizes are involved in the making of a beautiful masterpiece. The end result is very rewarding. Each intricate detail that are put together, every block, every pain staking moment getting the tiny delicate pieces together without accidentally breaking the whole thing; requires time, patience and effort. God is the builder in our lives. When we invite him into our lives he works with us, building on a new foundation that is in Christ Jesus. strength will rise!

Have you ever found yourself in the waiting zone of Gods plan to unfold in your life. Knowing in your heart that God has instructed you, of what is to come, what he wants to do in and through your life or what changes will unfold in your life. Yet in your mind all you see and understand is the chaos that is the reality of your surroundings. Does this bring some memories or maybe it's even a reality now for you. It sure was for my family. I know in my heart God is faithful, he always provides, his blessings are profound, his love endures forever and is always on display (I see his love in the form of a heart shape, I'll find that in the most random places yet each time it has the most significant effect on me; it's just beautiful)  so why do we find waiting around it's so exhausting?
