God's wonderful love

Experiencing God's precious love and peace is a wonderful thing. Many trials and challenges, obstacles and circumstances come our way. But God's love and peace is the joy fulfilment we need to get through the storms. We have many wonderful things that we would normally do to find fulfilment, such as TV, phones, social media etc but these are only temporary distractions, they don't bring the full fulfillment that the love and peace of God brings to our body, mind and soul.

Testimony
So far it has been a interesting year for my family. We've been all over the place, which has affected us physically, emotionally and mentally. I turned out to have three types of cancer in my thyroid gland and others that surrounded it like the calcium gland, I also gave birth to my forth daughter. Praise God. In and out of hospital with two surgeries to remove the thyroid gland and any other affected. At the present time I am awaiting for a date for my radiation iodine treatment to start. Recently my one year old and my husband in the same week both ended up with a foot support. My one year old with a pink cast as she fractured her leg bone, and my husband with a support boot because his achillies tendem ripped away from his main calf muscle. The cherry on the cake so to say is we need to move out, we are over crowded in our rented property, but Ben's job limits him to having to find a house in the village. Which isn't as easy as it sounds. There is one property being upgrade to modern day standards so we are waiting to see if we can have it once it is up to their standards. God is in control, we trust he will provide.

This is a little taste of our year so far. We aren't complaining, as it could be a lot worse. People say you're having a rough ride, or bad luck, they ask me how do I cope, I never really know how to answer this, but with deep pondering over our whole situation, the only way we do is through God and his love for us. Without it we would easily spiral down into an emotional pit. But God in his faithfulness keeps us going strong.

His love
One of the days we were taking our girls to school. While walking down the road I notice a load of birds in the sky. It caught my attention, and as I looked up the birds went into a heart formation. No joke. It was a clear heart shape. It wasn't for long, just a few seconds but it was enough for me to notice and respond. You see every where I go I find something or other that has a heart on it, or is in a heart shape. From bubbles in my drink in a heart shape to a cloud in the sky in a heart shape to birds forming a heart shape, to chewing gum on the ground in a heart shape to a random small stone one a beach with a heart shape on it. You see God knows exactly how to get across to you how he loves you, and putting heart shaped things in my path is how he shows me. When I see these things it fills me up with such joy and peace. His love is every where, you just got to step back and look,. It is so easy to miss it.

I'm not saying this to say look at me. I hope this encourages you that, no matter what chaos life throws at you, don't forget to see the wonderful ways in which God is saying I love you, I'm here for you. He will never leave you. All creation sings out his glory and praise, and He will use whatever he needs to, to show how much you mean to him. Be blessed.

Let's pray.
Father, life can he quite chaotic at times. So many things can overwhelm us. I thank you God that you have your wonderful ways in which you show us how much you love us, care for us and provide for us, you are such a wonderful father. Lord I thank you for the person reading this. Whatever stage they are in life, in trusting you, or learning to trust you or learning to accept you love them. Lord I ask you to fill them to overflowing with your gracious love, joy and peace. Open their eyes to how you see them. Lord its so easy to be occupied by what is going on in life, Lord remind us to cast our cares on you. Our faithful father. Praise your name. In jesus name amen.
