 come on.. do you feel special. you should. the Creator of all chose you. the bible is full of verses of how truly special you are. check them out. I hope and pray while reading this God fills you up till you over flows with his grace, love, peace and his perfect presence. And it gives you a revelation of how special you are. Praise God. Unbroken promise

 Hi everyone I know it's been a while since my last blog entry, you see God has taken me and my family through quite the rollercoaster. For a while I had writers block. I had no idea what to say but tonight while trying to sleep, I had a overwhelming sense to talk about the promises of God. I'm not going to start talking about the promises written in the bible all though each one is valid, beautiful and true on their own. What's on my heart are the unsung promises. Being a Christian can be hard work at times wouldn't you agree? There are times you think what's the point. Times of pure enjoyment. Times of frustration. Even times where you question if God is real. We all go through these periods in our life. And all of it is because of the spiritual battle that goes on every day of our life. The holy spirit; working on building us up, showing us how God sees us and wants to work through us. As well as the enemy trying to destroy us, by means of society, what we read, what we watch, other peoples opinions. All to make us feel useless, hopeless and a waste of space. All this so we don't reach our potential in christ. Exhausting right. No where in the bible does it say be perfect or your doomed. God knows we will struggle, stumble, fall short. It's eternity not just sundays

  Have you ever built a lego sculpture? I have, in fact I did recently. A titanic ship and a army war plane. I fully enjoyed this activity and would go as far as saying it's becoming a hobby. But I haven't done this post to talk about Lego, although it is how God chose to get a message across to me.  You see, building a Lego sculpture requires a lot of Lego bricks. From tiny squares to long rectangular one. All shapes and sizes are involved in the making of a beautiful masterpiece. The end result is very rewarding. Each intricate detail that are put together, every block, every pain staking moment getting the tiny delicate pieces together without accidentally breaking the whole thing; requires time, patience and effort. God is the builder in our lives. When we invite him into our lives he works with us, building on a new foundation that is in Christ Jesus.
